2nd Annual Black Wealth Conference

Chipo Nyambuya was among the featured speakers at the 2nd Annual Black Wealth Conference (April 8, 2023).  She shared her knowledge of the various types of business structures and how to choose the most appropriate one for a new business.  She also addressed questions commonly asked by entrepreneurs, such as:

  • What should be in my operating agreement or bylaws?
  • How do I choose a business name to trademark?
  • How can I protect my intellectual property?
  • As an employer, how can I minimize risks with federal and state employment laws?

Together, the speakers at this annual conference provided valuable insights into how to start and grow a successful business. Attendees also had ample opportunity to connect and grow. We look forward to the 3rd annual conference next year.
