Lynna offers extensive knowledge of accounting and finance management as well as experience as an entrepreneur. As President of Tyler Bookkeeping and Management Services, she works with businesses of all sizes, nonprofit organizations, and Charter Schools. Previously, she served as Asst. Vice President in Accounting at Bank of America (formerly Continental Bank) and ABN AMRO, and as Accounting Manager at Seaway National Bank. Lynna received her BA in Accounting from Roosevelt University her MBA from Keller Graduate School of Management in Business Administration.

MAXINE MORPHIS-RIESBECK, PHD

Maxine brings to the COO position extensive experience as a business process analyst, strategic planner, and team builder.  She is skilled at presenting complex content for clear internal and external communications.
Maxine holds a PhD from Brandeis University. She has taught for the Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership programs at Lewis University and North Central College. She is a co-editor of The Many Futures of Work: Rethinking Expectations and Breaking Molds.

She holds a Master of Leadership Development degree from Saint Mary-of-the-Woods, where her focus was on Organizational Leadership.
