Chipo brings to her clients a deep understanding of complex legal instruments, strong negotiating skills, and extensive experience in international development and legal reform.

Carla Madeleine Kupe, Esq. is the Co-Founder and a Managing Partner of CZL P.C. where she leads Legal Consulting Services focused on corporate governance and operations through a DEI and anti-racism/oppression lens. Carla is a strategist, educator, and collaborative leader. Her unique background has enabled her to bring creative and innovative problem-solving approaches to her clients.
