Lynna offers extensive knowledge of accounting and finance management as well as experience as an entrepreneur. As President of Tyler Bookkeeping and Management Services, she works with businesses of all sizes, nonprofit organizations, and Charter Schools. Previously, she served as Asst. Vice President in Accounting at Bank of America (formerly Continental Bank) and ABN AMRO, and as Accounting Manager at Seaway National Bank. Lynna received her BA in Accounting from Roosevelt University her MBA from Keller Graduate School of Management in Business Administration.
Maxine brings to the COO position extensive experience as a business process analyst, strategic planner, and team builder. She is skilled at presenting complex content for clear internal and external communications.
Maxine holds a PhD from Brandeis University. She has taught for the Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership programs at Lewis University and North Central College, and is a co-editor of The Many Futures of Work: Rethinking Expectations and Breaking Molds.
Jemel is an experienced legal and policy professional whose skills in contracts, negotiations, and business development have facilitated critical legal and economic transformation for a wide range of domestic and international clients. In 2022, Jemel presented, “Government policies & regulations to create a viable investment climate for investors” at the Third Annual Guyana International Petroleum Business Summit and Exhibition (GIPEX). He also presented, “Improving Global Investment Opportunities in the Region by Means of Government Support” at the Caribbean Virtual Oil and Gas Summit (CARIVS) (2022). Jemel earned his JD and LL.M degrees from Ohio Northern University, Claude W. Pettit College of Law.
